What We Deliver
Our Approach
Ameritek operates a parts supply program built on sourcing reliability and inventory discipline. We maintain direct relationships with OEM distributors and authorized aftermarket suppliers across industrial, mechanical, electrical, and fleet categories. Parts are sourced to specification — not "or equivalent" unless the client approves the substitution.
Inventory management is structured around consumption data and criticality. High-turn and mission-critical items are stocked locally or at client-site cribs. Standard items are sourced on demand with defined lead times. Emergency procurement operates on a separate expedited channel with same-day or next-day delivery for in-stock items across our supplier network.
For fleet and facility programs, we build custom parts catalogs tied to the client's specific equipment list. This eliminates the lookup-and-verify cycle that slows most procurement operations. Reorder points, par levels, and vendor assignments are managed through our supply chain platform with visibility shared to the client's maintenance team.
