Ameritek executes construction projects from site prep through punch list under a single contract. Our project managers hold direct accountability for schedule, budget, and quality — no layers of subcontractor management passed back to the client. We staff each project with trade-specific crews sized to the scope, whether that's a 4-person TI crew or a 60-person ground-up build.

All work is performed under OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction standards. Site safety plans, daily toolbox talks, and incident reporting are non-negotiable regardless of project size. We carry general liability, workers' compensation, and builder's risk coverage scaled to contract value.

Schedule integrity is managed through critical-path tracking with weekly look-aheads. We flag slippage early and adjust crew loading or sequencing before it compounds. Submittals, RFIs, and change orders are processed through a centralized document control system accessible to all stakeholders.
