Our Approach
Ameritek manages logistics operations from warehouse floor to final delivery point. Warehousing services include receiving, put-away, inventory management, pick-pack, and shipping — operated under documented SOPs with cycle count accuracy targets. Facilities are configured to the commodity: racked storage for palletized goods, secured caging for high-value items, climate control for sensitive materials.
Freight management covers the full modal spectrum. We broker and manage FTL, LTL, flatbed, and specialized hauling through a vetted carrier network. Hazmat shipments are handled by certified personnel under DOT 49 CFR requirements with proper placarding, documentation, and carrier qualification verification. Oversized and overweight loads are permitted and routed through our logistics planning team.
Supply chain visibility is maintained through integrated WMS and TMS platforms. Clients have real-time access to inventory levels, order status, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation. We provide regular reporting on fill rates, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost-per-unit metrics to support continuous improvement and contract performance reviews.
