Ameritek handles infrastructure projects from initial survey through final paving. Site development work includes mass grading, erosion control, utility rough-in, and subgrade preparation — coordinated as a single scope rather than fragmented across specialty contractors. This eliminates the sequencing conflicts that delay most civil projects.

Utility installation follows applicable codes and standards: AWWA for water systems, UPC for plumbing, NEC for electrical, and local jurisdictional requirements. We manage utility locates, permits, and inspections as part of the base scope. Connections to municipal systems are coordinated directly with utility authorities.

For power distribution and electrical infrastructure, our crews install everything from primary feeders and pad-mount transformers to switchgear, panelboards, and site lighting. Work is performed by licensed electricians under supervision of a qualified electrical engineer. As-built drawings and system documentation are delivered at project closeout.
